• Credit Card Policy

    Total stay must be paid in full at check in. By signing the hotel sign in sheet, you authorize Jasper House Bungalows to charge the card on file for; the remaining balance owed at check-in, incidental charges and hotel policy fees.

  • General Booking Policy

    In order to secure your reservation, a deposit of the first night + tax must be taken at time of booking. If your card is declined and your reservation is unsecured, your reservation may be cancelled without notice.

  • General Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival or more will result in a full refund minus a $25.00 administration. Cancellations within and including 7 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of one night's rate plus taxes on your credit card.

  • Non-Refundable Booking Cancellation Policy

    The cancellation of a non refundable booking with result in the loss of the full deposit and full amount of stay.

  • OTA (Expedia, Booking.com ect.) Cancellation Policy

    The cancellation policy on the site which you have booked your reservation will apply. For inquiries please call a representative from the website which you have booked.

  • Group Booking Policy

    Bookings of 3 – 5 rooms under the same name or for the purpose of a tour group or event are automatically considered group bookings. In order to secure your reservation, a deposit of the first night + tax for all rooms must be taken at time of booking. If your card is declined and your reservation unsecured, your reservation may be cancelled. Rack Rates Apply to all Group Bookings.

  • Group Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival or more will incur a $50.00 administration fee per room. Cancellations within and including 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of your full deposit received at the time of booking. This applies to all event group booking (example: weddings, company retreats, family reunions, etc).

  • Contracted Group Booking Policy

    Bookings of greater than 5 rooms under the same name or for the purpose of a tour group or event fall under our Contracted Group Booking Policy and must be made directly with the hotel, please call 780 852 4535 to make a booking of more than 5 rooms, bookings may be cancelled if a contract is not signed 60 days prior to arrival date.

  • Contracted Group Cancellation Policy

    Any bookings made under a contracted agreement between Jasper House Bungalows and third parties are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the agreement.

  • Security Deposit

    On check in, a security deposit of $200 will be preauthorized to your credit card. Provided there are no extra charges due to incidentals, hotel policy violations, or extra cleaning fees the security deposit to be returned will be processed within 24 hours of check out, however your banking institution may take longer to process the amount to your account. In the event a preauthorization via credit card cannot be obtained, $500 cash will be accepted as a security deposit. A cash security deposit will be returned via cheque at checkout provided there are no extra charges due to incidentals, hotel policy violations, or extra cleaning fees. No other forms of payment will be accepted as a security deposit.

  • Extra Cleaning Fee Policy

    Before checking out please put dishes in dishwasher and start the wash cycle to avoid the cleaning fee. Dirty dishes left in rooms upon checkout will incur a $25 cleaning fee processed after you have checked out. Permanently stained linens from spilled items such as but not including red wine, oils, nail polish etc, will incur a $100 replacement fee processed after you have checked out. Any room which is deemed as unduly dirty by management will incur a $200 cleaning fee processed after you have checked out.

  • Upgrade/Room Change Policy

    Upgrades and Room Changes are subject to availability, if you would like to upgrade or change your room type after booking, please dont hesitate to call and we can discuss available options.

  • Late Checkout Policy

    If you require a late check out, please arrange it directly with the Front Desk. Failing to checkout (without prior arrangements) by the scheduled time of 11am will incur an additional room charge of anywhere between $50.00 and up to one full day plus taxes.

  • Early Checkout Policy

    Your reservation dates were confirmed at the time of reservation and by confirmation email. Any early checkouts will result in full payment of the original reservation.

  • Lost Key Policy

    Any lost or non-returned keys will be charged a $50.00.

  • Smoking Policy

    All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

  • Noise and Disturbance Policy

    We operate a family friendly resort. Any excessive noise in or around the cabins is not acceptable after 10pm. Please respect quiet time hours between 10pm and 7am. Music both inside and out must cease and voice volume must commensurate with quite hours. Noise complaints will incur a $300 fee per complaint and may result in eviction without compensation. The resort reserves the right to evict and/or charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise.

  • Unregistered Guest Policy

    An unregistered guest is considered anyone without a reservation or persons over the maximum allowable room limit. Maximum number of guests in a room is limited to 4 persons in one-bedroom chalets/suites, and 6 persons in a two bedroom chalets. Any additional unregistered guests will result in an additional charge of $100 per person and possible eviction of the entire party.

  • Visitors of Guests Policy

    Visitors of guests must always be accompanied by a registered guest of Jasper House Bungalows. Visitors of guests must vacate the property by 10pm. Visitors on the property after 10pm will be considered as an unregistered guest.

  • Damage and Missing Item Policy

    Guests are responsible for any damage and/or missing items such as but not limited to toiletry containers, knives, cookware,towels robes. This includes loss of revenue if the room is put out of order due to damage or missing items. Charges as applicable will apply.

  • Late Check In Policy

    The front office is generally open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and may be closed based on its seasonal hours. If you are expecting to check in outside of our regular front office hours, please notify us directly to make late arrival check in arrangements.

  • No Pet Policy

    Jasper House Bungalows is in a wildlife corridor. As a safety precaution to our guests, the public and to wildlife, pets are strictly prohibited from all rooms and spaces within and around our property. This includes pets enclosed in private vehicles while visiting our property. Any guest who violates the No Pet Policy will face eviction and may be assessed a minimum $250 fee for disturbance, deep room cleaning and/or other damages.

  • No trailers or oversized vehicles

    Our property is not equipped to handle parking for buses, trailers, RV’s or large vehicles. Each room will be allocated one parking spot and additional vehicles and large vehicles will be required to park in the town of Jasper's assigned parking lots which is 3.5 kms away from the property
